This Withdrawal Policy outlines the rules and procedures that apply when you request a withdrawal of funds from your Kingmaker Casino account. By requesting a withdrawal, you agree to comply with this policy.

  • Not have any pending bonus wagering requirements that restrict withdrawal;

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–72 hours of submission, subject to verification checks. Once approved, the time for funds to reach you depends on the payment method:

  • Bank transfers: 3–7 business days;
  • Cryptocurrency: typically within 24 hours.

Processing times may be extended during peak periods, public holidays, or where additional verification is required.

6. Bonus Balances & Wagering Requirements

If you have an active bonus with an outstanding wagering requirement, you may not be able to withdraw until the requirement is met. Attempting to withdraw before completing a wagering requirement may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. 7. Declined or Delayed Withdrawals

We may decline or place a hold on a withdrawal request if:

8. Withdrawal Fees

9. Currency Conversion

If your account currency differs from the withdrawal currency, conversion will occur at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. We are not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.
